The Xbox Game Pass library is growing with some notable Bandai Namco titles. People with an Xbox One who subscribe to the service will be able to play both Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet and Tekken 7 this month. The Sword Art Online game will be added on January 9, 2020, alongside Frostpunk: Console Edition, while Tekken 7 shows up next week on January 16, 2020.

Unlike the typical Sword Art Online games, Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is a third-person shooter. This is because it follows Kirito’s adventures in Gun Gale Online, a MMORPG shooter. You have your own story and Kirito mode. It also has multiple endings based on your choices. It first appeared on the Xbox One in February 2018.

Tekken 7 is the latest entry in Bandai Namco’s fighting series. It is a 1v1 fighter that adds critical Rage Art atatcks and the ability to use Power Crushes to keep powering through an attacking even if your opponent is attacking you. It has Arcade, Practice, Story, Treasure, and Vs modes, and the base game has 36 characters. It came to the Xbox One in June 2017.

When it comes to third-party games, they typically aren’t permanent additions to the Xbox Game Pass library. For example, Just Cause 3 will be leaving the collection when January 2020 ends.

Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Tekken 7 is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
