The Tales of series 25th anniversary questionnaire asks a total of 22 questions. Some of the questions include asking participants what their favorite game in the series is, what their favorite costume is, and who their favorite character is. Other ones include asking participants if there were any food items in the game they found appealing or unappealing. However, the questionnaire is only available in Japanese.

Famitsu shared another Tales of questionnaire underway. Until December 12, 2021 participants can answer a Tales of Arise questionnaire. The answers will be used in a special issue of Famitsu that will feature an interview with Tales of series Producer Yusuke Tomizawa, which will release in the January 13, 2022 issue of the magazine.
