Tales of Fans Ranked the Most-played Games, Theme Songs, and Best Battle Systems

Tales of fans in Japan recently participated in a survey to rank their most-played titles, favorite theme songs, and the series’ battle systems. Bandai Namco shared the survey results during the 25th-anniversary livestream on December 15, 2020. Turns out, people still appreciate Tales of the Abyss.

Participants had between November 6, 2020, to November 24, 2020, to submit their answers, which came with some unexpected results. You can check them out below:

5. Tales of Graces/Tales of Graces f
6. Tales of Berseria

Top 3 second most-played Tales of games

1. Tales of the Abyss

The above are the top three Tales of titles that people considered their second most-played game from the series. While Tales of Vesperia came in second in the most-played Tales of games list, it didn’t crack the top three here.

Top 3 third most-played Tales of game

1. Tales of Eternia
2. Tales of the Abyss
3. Tales of Symphonia

This one is similar to the previous ranking list, except it’s the top three Tales of titles that people considered their third most-played game from the series. Surprisingly, it has the 10th most played Tales of Eternia on top. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the exact numbers from this survey, so we can’t say how close the count was between Tales of the Abyss.
