Tales of Crestoria: The Wake of Sin Short Anime Debuts

Bandai Namco Entertainment finally unveiled the full version of its tie-in anime, Tales of Crestoria: The Wake of Sin. After a teaser trailer last month, Bandai Namco uploaded a video of the 15-minute short anime to its 876TV YouTube channel on October 18, 2020.

The short is created by Kamikaze Douga, a studio famous for its creative blend of 2D and 3D animation in works like Pop Team Epic and Ninja Batman. The anime depicts the opening to the game’s primary story, which is a re-imagining of the main characters. The description welcomes fans to “Witness the tale of those who set out on a journey in the wake of sin.” The Tales of Crestoria anime is in Japanese with English subtitles.
