Tales of Crestoria is one of several Tales of mobile titles. This entry focused on a mostly self-contained story, featuring a new cast of characters with several protagonists from other titles appearing. This included Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia, and Velvet from Tales of Berseria. Unlike other Tales of titles, which primarily focus on more action oriented combat, Tales of Crestoria is a turn-based game. Players can engage in a player versus player Arena Mode, and engage in multiplayer raids. Alongside an original story, the game provided side chapters focusing on key characters within the main narrative.

The title was scheduled to receive several major quality of life updates. However, in December 2021 Bandai Namco announced the title would end service in February 2022.

Tales of Crestoria is immediately available for Android and iOS devices, and it will end service on February 7, 2021.
