Tales of Arise and Tales of the Rays Crossover Event Announced

Bandai Namco has announced that a Tales of Arise crossover event will appear in Tales of the Rays. Starting on September 30, 2021 players will have the opportunity to obtain Alphen and Shionne from Tales of Arise in Tales of the Rays through the crossover event. Additionally, a special Twitter campaign is currently underway. If the goals are met, players will receive in-game currency.

Accompanying the announcement, the official Tales of the Rays Twitter account has released a demonstration video for Shionne and Alphen. This video reveals how the characters will function in combat, and the unique cut-in illustration that will appear. Additionally, a unique Halloween themed Shionne and Alphen variant will appear in the mobile game.

Tales of Arise has become the fastest selling title in the series. Having sold over 1 million copies just days after its release, it is on its way to becoming the best selling title in the Tales of series. As it stands, Tales of Symphonia currently remains the the best selling Tales of title of all time.

Tales of the Rays is immediately available for Android and iOS devices in Japan. Tales of Arise is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC worldwide.
