One-man Parisian studio neko.works is working on a 3D turn-based Japanese-style RPG under the code name “Project Light.”
There are few details about the game but the screenshots certainly make it an attractive little project, as you can see above and below – you can find more screenshots on its website too.
What is known about the game is that it is set “in a underground cyberpunk world ruled by a fierce empire.” It seems that you play as a girl called Haru, who teams up with a “Mysterious Girl” to fight against the oppressors and police forces of the cyberpunk world.
Other than that, we know that this is the second project from neko.works, with the first one being the 3D arcade motorbike racing game Night Riders.
The plan is to bring Project Light to Windows, Mac, and Linux, as well as Android and iOS, and PlayStation Vita, OUYA, Amazon Fire TV, and GameStick in 2015. These platforms are all confirmed.
On top of that, neko.works is hoping to bring the game to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Wii U as well. It will be available in English, French, and Japanese once done.
