The official Smash Bros. Twitter account revealed that the game’s latest update will go live this Friday, bringing the YouTube replay functionality and Tourney Mode that was announced for the Wii U version last month.

As previously reported, the YouTube replay feature will allow you to save videos of your matches to view on your PC and smartphone, and you’ll also get to upload them to YouTube via a Google account.

The Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions of Super Smash Bros. will both get two new Tourney Modes as part of the free update. Community Tourneys will let players compete for the highest points in a certain amount of time, while regular Tourneys will have specific set of rules and only happen at select times.
