Super Robot Wars Huckebein Boxer HG Model Kit Announced

Bandai Spirits revealed a new HG (High Grade) model kit based on the Huckebein Boxer from the Super Robot Wars: Original Generation series. The company has also opened pre-orders for the kit on the Japanese Premium Bandai web store. The set will be available at 12,100 yen (~$77.80). [Thanks, Hobby Watch!]

This set will consist of the Personal Trooper Huckebein Mk-III and the AM (Armored Module) Boxer. Bandai Spirits had previously released the Huckebein Mk-III model kit on its own in January 2024 at 4,950 yen (~$31.80). This set will thus exclusively feature the AM Boxer.

The owner will be able to reconfigure the AM Boxer to form the Gravity Sword. If they also have the AM Gunner, which is sold separately on Premium Bandai at 7,700 yen (~$49.50), they can combine both modules to produce the Full Impact Cannon.

Here are the sample images for the Huckebein Boxer model kit set:

The Boxer set will continue the line of Huckebein units that Bandai Spirits has released model kits of. The company started the line with Huckebein Mk-II in March 2023. These Super Robot Wars original units are particularly noted for their resemblance to Gundams.

The HG (High Grade) model kit of Huckebein Boxer from the Super Robot Wars: Original Generation series will be available in July 2024.
