Travis Touchdown will soon see his next adventure in Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes for Switch, and director Suda51 appeared to be teasing a multiplayer feature when talking about the “other Joy-Con” in an interview with Polygon.

During the interview, the director talked about going back to its hack-and-slash roots and how players will get to play the whole game using a single Switch Joy-Con. When asked about the second Joy-Con, he responded with the following:

“As far as what’s going to happen with the other Joy-Con, at this point technically it’s still a secret. [We’re] going to be releasing information at some point in the future, [but] as you can see, there are … two main characters, so draw your own conclusions, if you want.”

If Travis Strikes Again’s second hero could be controlled with the other Joy-Con, that would make it the first multiplayer feature in a No More Heroes game.
