It turns out January 16, 2018 will not be the release date for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition everywhere. The PlayStation 4 version in certain regions will be released a little later. Capcom has announced that people in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and the Middle-East will have to wait until January 19, 2018 to buy a digital or physical PlayStation 4 version the game. However, people in those regions who already own Street Fighter V will be able to get the Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition patch on January 16 or 17, 2018, depending on the region.

This delay does not impact the PC version of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition in those regions. Capcom has confirmed people in the aforementioned regions will be able to buy the game from Steam on January 16, 2018.

As of right now, the North American release date for both the PlayStation 4 and PC version of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is still January 16, 2018.

Street Fighter V is immediately available for the PlayStation 4 and PC.
