  • Master of the Fist (Passive): Increases DMG dealt by 0.3% and reduces DMG received by 0.3% for every 1% HP lost.
  • Shakunetsu Hadoken (Combo): Unleashes a fire-engulfed Hadoken at the nearest target for a heavy hit, dealing Flame DMG equal to 327% of ATK, with a 100% base chance of inflicting 1 stack of Burn on the target.
  • Raging Demon (Combo): Instantly strike the enemy anchor fighter 7 times, dealing Flame DMG equal to 715% of ATK and with a 50% base chance of inflicting 1x Burn.   • Beast Smash (Combo): Unleashes a deafening roar at opponents. Strikes the nearest target 3 times, dealing DMG equal to 383% of ATK in total. The final blow has a 50% chance to inflict 1x Bleed.
  • Wild Beast Spin (Combo): Spins into a tornado that strikes each target within range 7 times, dealing DMG equal to 455% of ATK to each target. Each strike has a 10% base chance to Stun the target for 1s.

  • Guerilla Bow (Combo): Fully draws the bow for a heavy hit to all enemies. This deals Thunder DMG equal to 260% of ATK, with a 50% chance to dispel 1 enemy buff.
  • Army Knife Boom Chain (Combo): Unleashes multiple Saber waves that strike 1 target 9 times, dealing Thunder DMG equal to 805% of ATK in total.

  • Yoga Catastrophe (Super): Launch a massive fireball that hits multiple enemies, dealing Flame DMG equal to 138% of ATK to all targets, and a further Flame DMG equal to 230% of ATK to multiple enemies within the fire’s range. Also creates a Fire Carpet which deals Flame DMG equal to 15% of ATK to all enemies within range every 2s for 4s.
  • Embracer of All (Passive): Gain 1x Penance upon taking DMG. Trigger interval 5s.
  • Yoga Tower (Combo): Dhalsim, standing on one leg, begins to Meditate and collect the power of flame. Meditation time lasts up to 5s. Power collected is based on when Meditate ends or is interrupted. Gain Buffs based on Meditation duration. For every second Dhalsim meditates, his Flame DMG and Effect Accuracy are increased by 3%. Lasts 15s. After 5s of Meditation, his Crit Rate is additionally increased by 15% for 15s.
  • Yoga Flame (Combo): Spit flames in front to strike multiple targets in a large area 6 times, dealing Flame DMG equal to 460% of ATK to each target. Each strike has a 15% base chance to inflict 1x Burn on the target.

Evil Ryu

  • Dragon Slam (Super): All friendly fighters gain 2x Satsui no Iki no but lose 1% of their current HP. The first strike on the first target to the front deals Soul DMG equal to 525% ATK. Then, another strike deals DMG equal to 97% ATK to enemies within the area of effect.
  • Satsui Surge (Passive): Fighter gains 1x Satsui no Iki when deployed in the starting lineup. All friendly fighters lose 15% of their current HP, but deal 15% more DMG until the end of the battle. Shun Goku Satsu is unleashed when Dragon Slam or Shoryuken results in a kill, causing all friendly fighters to lose 1% of their current HP but gain another 1x Satsui no Iki. Shun Goku Satsu deals Soul DMG equal to 735% ATK to the enemy with the lowest HP by percentage, and character has Control Immunity when unleashing the skill.
  • Metsu Hadoken (Combo): Skill cannot be unleashed by player. It is automatically unleashed once if, after Shoryuken is unleashed, the stack count of Satsui no Iki is greater than 5. Trigger interval: 18s. Deals Soul DMG equal to 382% ATK to one target. The enemy’s Energy level is also lowered by 60 for every 1x Satsui no Iki active.
  • Shoryuken (Combo): Skill cannot be unleashed by player. Automatically unleashed once when a teammate uses Combo 3. All friendly fighters lose 1% of their current HP but gain 1x Satsui no Iki. Fighter strikes 6 times at the enemy with the lowest percentage of HP, dealing Soul DMG equal to 750% of ATK. DMG dealt is increased by 8% for every 1x Satsui no Iki active.

  • Zetsu’ei/Teiga (Super):
    • Zetsu’ei: Unleash in Mantis Style. Strike the nearest enemy 8 times, dealing DMG equal to 734% of ATK. This DMG ignores 25% of the target’s DEF.
    • Teiga: Unleashed in Crane Style. Strike the nearest enemy 6 times, dealing DMG equal to 672% of ATK. Each strike deals bonus DMG equal to 4% of the target’s missing HP (up to 40% of the fighters ATK).
  • Mantis/Crane Mirror Image (Passive): Gen can switch between Mantis Style and Crane Style, each featuring different skills. In addition, Gen belongs to the Wind Faction when in Mantis Style, and the Flame Faction when in the Crane Style. Gen always starts the battle in Mantis Style.
  • Zan’ei/Oga (Combo):
    • Zan’ei: Available in Mantis Style. Strikes the nearest target, dealing DMG equal to 304% of ATK with a 15% chance to interrupt.
    • Oga: Available in Crane Style. Strikes the nearest target, dealing DMG equal to 321% of ATK with a 40% chance to dispel a buff from it.
  • Jyasen/Hyakurenko (Combo):
    • Jyasen: Available in Mantis Style. Strikes the nearest target 3 times, dealing DMG equal to 609% of ATK. Activates Crane Style.
    • Hyakurenko: Available n Crane Style. Strikes the nearest target 8 times, dealing DMG equal to 824% of ATK. Activates Mantis Style.

Juri

  • Fuharenjin (Super): Activates Feng Shui Engine unless it is already active, become immune to control but unable to use active skills. When Juri uses this skill while Feng Shui Engine is active, she performs Fuharenjin, striking multiple targets 4 times and dealing Soul DMG equal to 584% of ATK. Each Fuharenjin strikes absorbs 1% Crit Rate from the targets hit. The same target cannot exceed 10%. When Juri takes fatal DMG, the absorbed Crit Rate is returned.
  • Unsuppressible (Passive): When an allied fighter (summoned one excluded) dies, the fighter gains 25% ATK for 20s. This effect stacks.
  • Shikusen (Combo): While Feng Shui Engine is inactive, Juri unleashes Shikusen, striking a target 4 times to deal DMG equal to 406% of ATK, increasing Juri’s Dodge by 12% for 8s.
  • Kaisen Dankairaku (Combo): While Feng Shui Engine is inactive, Juri unleashes Senpusha, dealing DMG equal to 420% of ATK to enemies within range. This attack ignores 30% DEF against targets with Weakened.

M. Bison

  • Ultimate Nightmare (Super): Spin kicks the nearest target 2 times, causing DMG equal to 263% of ATK. This is followed by a ground pound which generates an energy beam, heavy hitting multiple targets for Soul DMG equal to 153% of ATK. The energy beam has a 100% base chance to inflict 1x Weaken on the enemy.
  • Return of the Inferno (Passive): Upon entering the battle, deals Soul DMG equal to 144% of ATK to all enemies. (This effect does not require unlocking passive skills) Before M. Bison takes fatal DMG, if any ally still survives, M. Bison becomes immune to DMG for 3s and restores 40% of max HP and unleashes Return of the Inferno, dealing Soul DMG equal to 265% of ATK to all enemies.
  • Psycho Absorb (Combo): Holds the nearest target in the air and strikes 3 times, dealing DMG equal to 398% of ATK to it. Also converts 20% of the skill DMG in M. Bison’s HP.
  • Psycho Impact (Combo): Charges soul energy and penetrates multiple targets in a spiral, striking each target 3 times and dealing 306% Soul DMG. each strike absorbs 1% of M. Bison’s ATK from the target. Each target’s ATK can be absorbed up to 15 times, and M. Bison may receive up to 45 stacks of this bonus.

Rose

  • Illusion Spark (Super): Swings the yellow cloth to lash at the nearest target 7 times, dealing Soul DMG equal to 516% of ATK in total. Gains one of the following tarot cards (no duplicates):
    • Wands: Crit UP (10%)
    • Pentacle: Pressure UP (10%)
    • Cups: Effect Accuracy UP (20%)
    • Swords: Speed UP (20)
  • Soul Fortune (Passive): Upon entering the battle, the fighter gains 1x Joker tarot card. After performing a Super Combo or Combo, the Joker tarot card is consumed to record the HP percentage of all allied fighters. When HP falls below 20% or after 12s, this effect is triggered, restoring HP back to the recorded percentage. The healing cannot exceed 40% of max HP.
  • Destiny Tarot (Combo): Destiny Tarot is inflicted on all enemy targets. Increases DMG taken by 5%. Target explodes if it takes Soul DMG, using up 1 stack and dealing area DMG equal to 120% ATK. There is also a 25% base chance of inflicting Weaken.
  • Aura Soul Spark (Combo): Launches Aura Soul Spark that strikes multiple targets 8 times, dealing Soul DMG equal to 626% of ATK. For each stack of Weaken on the target, the DMG is increased by 10%.

Street Poison

  • Crescent of Aeolus (Super): Unleashes the Crescent of Aeolus that penetrates multiple targets. This hits all enemies once for DMG equal to 277% of ATK. If there’s only 1 enemy target, increase the DMG by 30%.
  • Captive Curse (Passive): When taking DMG< 75% chance to receive Love Mark. Trigger interval: 12s.
    • Love Mark: When getting attacked, reduces the DMG taken by 50% of the fighter’s ATK. Lasts 6s (Up to 1 stack and cannot be dispelled).
  • Alarming Arrow (Combo): Grants all teammates 1x Toxic Love, increases their Crit DMG by 30% for 6s. Stacks up to 5 times.
  • Obsessed Heart (Combo): Summons an Obsessed Heart, dealing DMG equal to 508% of ATK to a single target it touches with 40% base chance to inflict Charm for 3s.

And there you go! Remember that our list may vary on whatever best works for you. The way all characters in Street Fighter: Duel interact with each other and the number of possible combinations can make even the most mid-character in the game a total winning machine. With that being said, if you were to pick a character to aim for first, I would say M. Bison is the best choice. He is a beast in both PVE and PVP thanks to his Return of the Inferno passive skill, making him, at least in my opinion, arguably one the best Street Fighter: Duel characters.
