Capcom’s yet to make any Street Fighter 35th anniversary announcements. However, it seems to be preparing for the event. The company took to Twitter to reveal the official logo for the occasion. It features a giant “35th” over the series’ name.
Here’s the official announcement.
HERE COMES A NEW ANNIVERSARY!
Cheers to 35 years of epic fights, fireballs and iconic rivalries!

Street Fighter first appeared in arcades in 1987. Like current installments, people would go through fights around the world. Both Ryu and Ken appeared as the only playable characters. In addition, the first game features Adon, Birdie, Eagle, Geki, Gen, Joe, Lee, Mike, Retsu, and Sagat as opponents.
As for what’s next, it seems new games could be on the way. Street Fighter V support ended with Luke. He showed up as the final DLC character in November 2021. SFV Producer Shuhei Matsumoto revealed Luke would be a part of the next game that month as well. Director Takayuki Nakayama also teased a new project is in development at that time.
The most recent Street Fighter game is Street Fighter V. People can find it on the PS4 and PC. (It is also playable on the PS5.)
