Stranger of Paradise Jack Garland to Arrive in Dissidia FFOO

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin protagonist Jack Garland will arrive in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia on April 28, 2022. This announcement is for the Japanese version of the game. His arrival in the global version of the game has not yet been announced. Back in January 2022, Producer Jin Fujiwara teased that Jack Garland would appear in Dissidia FFOO. At the time, he did not specify if Jack would be a global-first character. However, it appears as though he will be making his appearance in the Japanese version of the game first.

Jack, like Final Fantasy‘s Garland, will be a greatsword user in Dissidia FFOO. Players can use blue crystals to level Jack up. Square Enix announced that it will release a video detailing Jack’s skills and weapon skills in the future.

That said, Jack Garland won’t be the only Stranger of Paradise character to appear in Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia. During the Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia livestream, Fujiwara mentioned that other characters from Stranger of Paradise could appear in the mobile game. However, Jack’s companions Ash, Jed, Neon, and Sophia have yet to be announced.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is a mobile game that features a plethora of Final Fantasy characters. The title is a turn-based RPG that has players collect weapons to increase their power or grant characters additional skills.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is available for Android and iOS. Jack Garland will arrive in the Japanese version of the game on April 28, 2022.
