5pb are breaking out of their niche of visual novels and all-gals fighters to publish a puzzle-platformer on Xbox Live Arcade in North America. The game is titled Constant C, and it’s slated for release in spring 2014.
Constant C is about something called the “Superluminal Project,” a program initiated by the “most brilliant scientists” under the authorization of the president and a man named Professor Nicholas, in the hopes of controlling the flow of time and space.
As things would have it, one day the flow of time stops at the space station where the Superluminal Project is being carried out. Subsequently, a rescue robot is dispatched to survey the damage and return things to normal. That’s where you come in.
Constant C was developed by a developer named IGS, and is also coming to PC via Steam Greenlight as a self-published title. 5pb say the game features over 100 levels during which you can control gravity, time and momentum. The 360 version will have a revamped localization.
