As part of theJune 2022 Japanese special program, a Star Ocean: The Divine Force release date appeared. It will show up in the region on October 27, 2022. While Square Enix didn’t officially bring up a worldwide launch day, the PlayStation Store also shows that as the release date for the game. It suggests it will unlock at 12 a.m. ET/6 a.m. CET on October 27, 2022. The Japanese limited edition and a new trailer appeared too. Update: The official Twitter account confirmed this is a worldwide release date.

As for the Japanese Star Ocean: The Divine Force Limited Edition, it will cost 18,000円 (~$132). People get a copy of the game, an art book, a four-CD soundtrack, an art card showing Princess Laeticia of Aucerius from Aster IV and Captain Raymond Laurence from Verguld, and SD keychains of Laeticia and Raymond. PS4 and PS5 versions of it were shown. It is currently unknown if this edition will also appear worldwide.
