Nintendo will release Super Smash Bros Ultimate amiibos for Kazuya and Sephiroth on January 13, 2023. When you connect an amiibo in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, the character will appear in-game for you to play as and train. You can also upgrade them with spirits or send them over the Internet to fight against other amiibos.

Both Sephiroth and Kazuya are already in Super Smash Bros Ultimate as DLC characters. Sephiroth came out in December 2020 and Kazuya joined the playable roster in June 2021. In terms of playable characters, Kazuya is the only one to represent the Tekken series. Meanwhile, Cloud is the other Final Fantasy character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
In the same announcement, Nintendo revealed that amiibos of Pyra and Mythra will also come out in 2023 after the Kazuya and Sephiroth ones. Pyra and Mythra are both DLC characters (though they use the same slot) from Xenoblade. They play similar to the Pokemon Trainer from Super Smash Bros Brawl or Zelda from Super Smash Bros Melee in which a player can alternate between the two characters.
You will be able to purchase the Kazuya and Sephiroth Super Smash Bros amiibos from January 13, 2023. Super Smash Bros Ultimate is readily available for the Nintendo Switch.
