Square Enix’s Transforming Car Mecha Series Gets 3DS Game In Spring

While it isn’t well known in the West, Square Enix has a shounen series called Gyrozetter. Cars made by manufacturers like Toyota and Nissan transform into robots in this world. Gyrozetter started off as an arcade game (which we played!) and expanded into anime series.

Square Enix is working on a Nintendo 3DS game called Gyrozetter: Wings of the Albatross, which will be unveiled at Jump Festa. Famitsu has early information about Gyrozetter: Wings of the Albatross and says the game is slated for spring 2013.
