Square Enix Shares Final Fantasy XVI Character Art by Famous Artists

Square Enix revealed special Final Fantasy XVI character art from a project with various famous artists. The company tasked established professionals for pieces that showed their takes on various Dominants and their Eikons. For example, both Bosslogic and Warrick Wong drew their versions of Clive and Ifrit.

Here are the first two pieces. Bosslogic created art of Clive and Ifrit, while Hicham Habchi drew Joshua with Phoenix.

The second two pieces of Final Fantasy XVI character art involved Jake Kontou’s take on Jill and Shiva, then PhaseRunner’s depiction of Cid with Ramuh.

Rob “MassiveFace” Bowyear drew Benedikta fused with Garuda. Jarold Sng drew Barnabas’ face looming over Odin.

The next two pieces in this Final Fantasy XVI character art “exhibit” involved two more Dominants and Eikons. Raf Grassetti ended up in charge of drawing Hugo and Titan. Ryan Smallman drew Dion with Bahamut.

Finally, it all ended with Warrick Wong’s take on Clive and Ifrit.

Final Fantasy XVI is available for the PlayStation 5. There is a six-month exclusivity period.
