The official Final Fantasy VII Remake Japanese Twitter account shared new concept art of young Tifa wearing her classic Nibelheim cowboy outfit designed for Crisis Core: FFVII Reunion and the recent FFVII Remake trilogy. The tweet showed Tifa’s design more recent releases, as well as in the original FFVII.
Tifa wore her iconic cowboy and western-inspired clothes in Nibelheim five years before the start of FFVII Remake and the original FFVII. The design originally appeared in the flashback during FFVII and in certain late-game sections of Crisis Core. The tweet also revealed that the Seventh Heaven bar was inspired by Western taverns and saloons to match with Tifa’s costume.

As a reminder, the second part of the FFVII Remake, titled Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, made an appearance at the Summer Game Fest 2023. It is very likely that young Tifa’s cowboy design will make an appearance in the game, as the flashback to Nibelheim was briefly featured in a previous trailer.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will come to the PlayStation 5 in early 2024 on two discs. Meanwhile, Final Fantasy VII Remake is immediately available for the PS4, PS5, and PC.
