On top of two new SaGa games, Square Enix is re-releasing Romancing SaGa as a PS2 Classic in Japan. Romancing SaGa is a remake of the Japan-only Super Famicom game of the same name with tweaks like learning skills mid-battle similar to Romancing SaGa 2 and 3D graphics.

Square Enix is selling a Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song 25th Pack which includes a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle and a code to download Romancing SaGa on March 12. The game will also be available regularly on Japan’s PlayStation Store. Romancing SaGa was localized for the West, so Square Enix could re-release the RPG worldwide, but as of now they have not announced any plans to do so.
