Square Enix will announce another MMORPG sometime this fiscal year, in addition to the ones they’re already running, reports Japanese blog, Hachima Kiko.

At the moment, they already operate Final Fantasy XI and Final Fantasy XIV, which they say they are in the process of repairing. Square Enix say addressing FFXIV’s issues will take time, but that their goal is in sight.

This new project is a large-scale MMO with a heavy investment, and is being developed in addition to Final Fantasy XIV. The company hopes to operate 2-3 massively multiplayer online titles simultaneously.

Meanwhile, Final Fantasy XIV is on track to receive its next update in the future. You can read about what improvements and changes that will introduce to the game in this post.
