Square Enix Aiming To Release Dragon Quest XI Within The Series’ 30th Anniversary

Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii mentioned a bit on Dragon Quest XI during the series 30th anniversary presentation stream tonight.

While Dragon Quest XI still doesn’t have a release window, Horii commented that the starting part of the game is already playable, but since the game will have so much volume to it, it’ll still take a little longer. He also added that he hopes to see it release sometime within its 30th anniversary, meaning sometime between May 27, 2016 and May 27, 2017.

Dragon Quest XI is in development for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS.
