Nintendo announced the next Splatoon 2 Splatfest that will be exclusive to Japan, and it’s a collaboration with Japan’s top baseball league, Nippon Professional Baseball, as part of the “NPB eSports Series.”

The Splatfest will have players choose between the “Ce League” (Central League) and the “Pa League” (Pacific League). It’s basically asking fans to vote between the Japanese versions of National League and American League conferences that we have in the MLB.

The Central League consists of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, Tokyo Yakult Swallows, Yomiuri Giants, Yokohama DeNA Bay Stars, Chunichi Dragons, and Hanshin Tigers. On the Pacific League there’s the Saitama Seibu Lions, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, Orix Buffaloes, Chiba Lotte Marines, and the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles.

The Central League vs. Pacific League NPB Splatfest will run through May 11 at 3:00pm JST to May 12 at 3:00pm JST.

Splatoon 2 is available for Nintendo Switch.
