Spelunky 2 Release Date Is September 15, 2020

The Spelunky 2 release date has been revealed. On September 15, 2020, people will be able to head back into the depths and try to survive against and amidst all sorts of things that would very much like to kill your avatar. This is the latest update since a March 2020 reveal of new screenshots.

In addition to the release date, new footage was shown off. It focused on the new sorts of shop interactions people will see. However, it also looked at mounts, like the turkey, and briefly mentioned the online multiplayer options.
