A Japanese retailer’s display revealed that Sony has ended the production of several PS4 models in Japan. The PlayStation 4 models no longer being made include the PS4 500GB Glacier White, PS4 1TB Jet Black, PS4 1TB Glacier White, PS4 2TB Jet Black, and the PS4 Pro 1TB Glacier White. [Thanks, Gamestalk.]

It’s worth noting that the Japanese official PlayStation website lists the PS4 500GB Jet Black as the only model available in its lineup of the PS4 hardware. Furthermore, the Japanese Sony Store currently only offers the same PS4 500GB Jet Black model.
Yahoo Japan reported in September 2020 that Sony had ended shipments of PS4 Pro models in Japan. According to the report, PS4 Pro production continued in the West, but Sony had ended its shipments in Japan to shift focus to PS5 production.
The PlayStation 4 first released in Japan in February 2014. It was launched in North America and Europe in November 2013, making it the first PlayStation console to release later in Japan. The console has shipped over 112.3 million units worldwide as of August 4, 2020.
