Sony Computer Entertainment Japan will publish two PSP adventure games (no not the dating kind) in Japan next year. Enkaku Sousa: Sanahe no 23 Hiai (Distant Investigation: Truth into the 23rd Day) has players look into the life of a murder suspect who has been wrongly accused. Coincidently, he’s an amnesiac. Now you’re responsible for piecing together the clues. Enkaku Sousa takes place over a period of 23 days through a system of logic battles. Media Vision, the company behind the Wild Arms system is acting as the developer.

Diamond and the Sound of a Gunshot (pictured) puts players in tense situations negotaiating with criminals. Gameplay details are still unclear, but negotiations take place in real time with constantly changing conditions.

Both games will be at Tokyo Game Show and are surely two out of the three “unannounced” PSP games at their booth. Enkaku Sousa is scheduled to come out this winter, which likely represents sometime in 2009. Diamond and the Sound of a Gunshot comes out in Japan this spring. Neither game has been confirmed for North America and these titles don’t seem like something Sony Computer Entertainment America would usually pick up, but with the PSP drought and all anything is possible.
