Microsoft and Sony both ended their press conferences with new shooters. Titanfall from Respawn Entertainment is a squad based shooter with mecha and it’s exclusive to Xbox One. Destiny is from Halo creator Bungie and Activision. The game takes place on Earth hundreds of years in the future where you play as a guardian who has to defend the last city on Earth. Sony ended the PlayStation press conference with a trailer (shown above) and a live gameplay demo.

Unlike Titanfall, Destiny is not an exclusive title. The game will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Sony said Destiny will have exclusive content for PlayStation platforms, but have not released specific details.  While Microsoft has a long relationship with Bungie, Destiny was not shown during their press conference. Instead Battlefield 4 was shown with a live gameplay demo.
