CTW Corporation announced the upcoming release of So I’m a Spider, So What: The Ruler of the Labyrinth, a new browser game based on the anime series So I’m a Spider, So What. Pre-registration for the game is now open in Japan.
The game will be available on the G123 platform, which hosts other anime-inspired titles such as Goblin Slayer, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Black Lagoon, and Monster Musume in Japan. The game involves training and evolving Kumoko, the main character, gathering companions, and using strategy to overcome challenges. It features automatic battles influenced by the player’s skills set, training level, and equipment. The objective is to survive in a labyrinth filled with powerful monsters and ultimately become its ruler.
So I’m a Spider, So What is an isekai series in which the protagonist and her classmates are reincarnated into a new world after a disaster. While many are reborn as powerful beings, the protagonist finds herself as a spider, the weakest species. She must navigate this new RPG-like world, defeating monsters to level up and evolve.
So I’m a Spider, So What: The Ruler of the Labyrinth will be available on the G123 platform and is free to play, with in-game purchases available. The anime series So I’m a Spider, So What can be streamed on Crunchyroll. Yen Press handles the manga and audiobook adaptations.
