It’s Snow’s Turn To Take A Beating In Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII

Right, then—it’s Snow’s turn next, to take a beating from Lightning. The latest in Square Enix’s series of Lightning Returns videos shows off the fight against Snow in the game, and you can view it below.

Speaking with Siliconera, Lightning Returns producer Yoshinori Kitase revealed that Snow is no longer the optimistic hero he used to be.

“Instead, he finds himself struggling with all his might to keep himself from falling apart from the sadness of losing Serah,” Kitase shared. “Lightning’s first mission is to save Snow.”

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be available this February in North America and Europe for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
