On August 11, 2020, a Unico MSVX Home Arcade website opened and suggested a unit with 50 classic SNK NeoGeo games would be heading into people’s homes in October 2020. It’s been confirmed now that the SNK NeoGeo MVSX cabinet is real, and pre-orders will open for it. However, while the official site lists an October 2020 release window, the press release said it will launch in North America in November 2020.

The confirmation also offered a few more details about what people can expect from this tabletop unit. Most notably, its language options. 10 will be available for its games, making it more accessible to users worldwide.

While the system has been confirmed, there are still unanswered questions regarding it. For example, the official website had a few videos apparently there, but it isn’t possible to watch any of them yet. It also doesn’t clarify or explain what the Faq mean when they say people will get figures of Iori Yagami and Terry Bogard in their new system’s boxes.

The SNK NeoGeo MVSX home arcade will be available to pre-order in September 2020. It will be $449.99 for the home arcade alone, $99.99 for the stand alone, or $499.99 for a bundle that includes both parts. While its official website listed its launch window in October 2020, the official PR said it will debut in November 2020.
