Surgeon Simulator developer Bossa Studios has announced its next foray into silly simulator games with I Am Bread.

The studio released the above trailer on October 17th with the description “The beautiful story of one slice of bread’s epic and emotional journey as it embarks upon a quest to become toasted.”

As you can see in the trailer, you control the slice of bread by manipulating each of its four corners, each of which are tied to a button. You have a kitchen to flop and flip your way around, and you can pick up objects with your corners too, including knives and frying pans.

The only measurements of your success in I Am Bread appear to be a timer that counts up, a “Deliciousness” score, and an “Edibility” percentage.

If you like silly simulators such as Goat Simulator and Surgeon Simulator, it seems that I Am Bread is probably your next calling card.
