The Final Fantasy VII Remake event, Skytree in Midgar, closed earlier due to COVID-19 but Square Enix uploaded its exclusive video for everyone to watch.
The Tokyo Skytree Final Fantasy VII event kicked off in early February as collaboration set 450m above ground. It featured everything from a collaboration cafe to a life-sized replica of Cloud’s Buster Sword. The Premium Round Theater was one of the main attractions and it’s what we’re checking out in the above video. It starts out with a look at scenes from the original Final Fantasy VII which released in January 1997 for the PlayStation.
We then get a look at a compilation of Final Fantasy VII Â presentation, starting with the CGI film sequel Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children which released in September 2005. The prequel Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII, which released exclusively for mobile devices in Japan in September 2004, makes a brief appearance, followed another prequel in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VIIÂ which first released in Japan in September 2007 for PSP. Next, the PS2 sequel, Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII, first released in January 2006. From there, we get to see Midgar and various shots from Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Final Fantasy VII Remake is available for the PlayStation 4.
