Konami used the State of Play 2026 to share a release date for its next new Silent Hill game Townfall. It will show up on the PS5 and PC on September 24, 2026. There’s also new footage that appeared during the showcase.
We already knew that this installment involves a man returning to a town called St. Amelia for an unknown reason. There, he finds mysterious entities roaming around and a more dangerous place than he remembers. Unlike other entries, it is a first-person experience that encourages stealth and puzzle-solving, with a pocket CRTV alerting him to danger as he moves through areas.
Here’s the full State of Play for June 2026, which includes the new footage of the upcoming Konami game:
We had some idea that a Silent Hill: Townfall release date reveal was on the way ahead of the June 2026 State of Play presentation. That’s because the ESRB offered an update ahead of the event. A rating appeared for the PS5 and PC game already. This only tends to happen when a launch is drawing nearer. It got assigned a Mature rating due to elements like blood, strong language, and violence.
The Silent Hill: Townfall release date is September 24, 2026, and it is headed to the PS5 and PC.
