Silent Hill HD Collection Coming In January, Downpour Falls In March

Konami has two more Silent Hill games coming early next year. Visit the Otherworld you remember on January 24 when Silent Hill HD Collection comes out for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This compilation includes Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3 with HD graphics and (polarizing) new voice acting.

Silent Hill: Downpour is a new entry, which puts players in the shoes of Murphy Pendleton. He’s a convicted felon who escapes into Silent Hill after his prison transport bus crashes. The game will have puzzles and objectives, but the clues you get depend on the difficult you choose. Tomm Hulett, Senior Assistant Producer, discussed the changing puzzle clues and monster AI in an interview with Siliconera. Silent Hill: Downpour was originally slated for release in October, Konami rescheduled the PS3/Xbox 360 game for March 2012.
