Should You Take Andreja Along in Starfield Shattered Space?

Andreja is the companion with the closest connections to House Va’ruun. As you may know, House Va’ruun is at the heart of the new Shattered Space DLC expansion. As such, this has some players wondering if they should bring along Andreja as their companion for the Starfield Shattered Space DLC expansion.

Does Andreja Affect the Shattered Space DLC?

Andreja is the party member companion in the Constellation faction that is most closely aligned with House Va’ruun. As such, it makes sense to think that she would affect the Shattered Space DLC in some way. After all, this DLC is all about House Va’ruun and their homeworld, plus all of the conflict happening there.

To make it clear, yes, Andreja does affect the DLC expansion in some ways. However, they are quite insignificant and you aren’t missing too much if you don’t have her as your companion. That said, if you really want to get every little ounce of detail out of Shattered Space, Andreja is worth considering.

Should You Bring Andreja in Starfield Shattered Space?

In the end, if you really like Andreja, I do suggest bringing her as your companion in the Starfield Shattered Space DLC. However, if you don’t like her or like someone else more, don’t worry about it. Andreja’s only real effect on the DLC is the occasional banter. She will make comments, such as when you first arrive on the home world.

But Andreja doesn’t have much direct interaction with the NPCs you meet from House Va’ruun. This is why it is not necessary to bring her along. That said, if you don’t have Andreja as a party member yet and want to have her as your companion for the DLC, you need to do the “Into the Unknown” main story quest. This will eventually recruit her to Constellation.
