Shin Megami Tensei 2021 Online Concert Will Include Dante Battle

Atlus has revealed some of the tracks that will be performed during the Shin Megami Tensei Online Live 2021 concert. The “Dante Battle” BGM from SMT III Nocturne HD Remaster is one of the songs included in the setlist. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

Although tickets to view the stream have been on sale since late November 2020, Atlus only recently began revealing details regarding the concert’s actual content. The band, LaiD Back Devil, will play over 20 tracks from the Shin Megami Tensei series.

As mentioned in the November 2020 coverage, the setlist will mostly consist of BGMs from Shin Megami Tensei III Nocturne HD Remaster. Out of the 12 songs revealed so far, only two came from the first and fourth titles, respectively.

  1. First Chapter – Tokyo Conception
    “Title Loop 2,” “Large Map ~Real World~” “Normal Battle ~Large Map~” and “Tokyo Conception” from SMT III Nocturne HD
  2. Second Chapter – Logic of World Creation
    “Hijiri” and “Normal Battle” from SMT III Nocturne HD
  3. Third Chapter – Chaos Side (Reincarnation Fusion)
    “Tokyo” from SMT IV, “Dante Battle” from SMT III Nocturne HD, “Ginza” from Shin Megami Tensei
  4. Final Chapter – Logic of Music
    “Normal Battle ~Amala Network~” “Large Map ~Last Area” and “Fiend” from SMT III Nocturne HD

Atlus has also started publishing teaser trailers for the online concert on 4Gamer’s YouTube channel. The first video gives a sneak peek of the first two chapters. The channel will upload more trailers in the coming days leading up to the concert.

The Shin Megami Tensei Online Live 2021 concert airs on March 20, 2021. Those who purchased a ticket can also watch an archived version of the concert until March 27, 2021.
