Jenni told us that Scarlet Fate +, an English localized version of Hiiro no Kakera 4, came out for iOS and Android without much news about it. We were curious why and asked Idea Factory.

"Scarlet Fate (Hiiro no Kakera 4) is the result of a new collaboration between Idea Factory and NTT Solmare. Shall We Date is NTT Solmare’s otome game brand," Shingo Onodera from Idea Factory Japan explained. "So, it is more that Shall We Date presents Idea Factory’s Scarlet Fate for mobile. Its development and publishing are handled by NTT Solmare. We were excited to be able to work with NTT Solmare with Scarlet Fate so that we could introduce our otome games to a wider audience. We also hope to keep introducing our Otome games to the western fans whenever we have the opportunity."
