Sega Ages Columns II And Ichidant-R Head West Together On October 17, 2019

While Columns II has been released for Nintendo Switch as part of the Sega Ages line for a while, as well as Ichidant-R joining the roster of games starting late last month, people might be wondering when the games will be released officially in the West. It turns out it’s sooner than expected – October 17, 2019.

Like the Japanese versions, the Western releases of Columns II and Ichidant-R will have several new options included, such as ‘Infinite Columns’ mode, as well as an online versus option. Meanwhile, Ichidant-R includes the rare English arcade release of the title, as well as both the Arcade version and Mega Drive version’s RPG-styled mode. The Arcade mode will support online multiplayer.
