Thereā€™s another new NieR: Automata scale figure on the way, and this one is of A2. Good Smile Company shared an update on the model announced back in June 2024 during Smile Fest 2024. This time, it showed up as a fully painted prototype, though the manufacturer noted that it is still pending final approval before being made.

This version of A2 appears with her hair long. Sheā€™s wearing her combat outfit and itā€™s mostly intact, though there are some tears on the leggings. The latest photo of the scale figure makes it clear which weapon she wields in this pose as well. She comes bearing the Type-40 Sword which is one of her signature, default ones in the game.

Hereā€™s a closer look at the A2 NieR: Automata scale figure:

While thereā€™s no release window yet, the fact that it does appear at this stage of development does offer some indication as to when we might see it. Typically, items at this point are almost ready to enter the pre-order phase. As such, we could see her show up in stores in the next few months. At that point, a more definite launch window will be pinned down.

It is very common to see figures of NieR: Automata characters. Scale ones especially appear often. For example, Square Enix announced a Form-ism one of A2 back in June 2024. Weā€™ve also seen more limited Masterline ones.

The NieR: Automata A2 scale figure is in development, with no release window yet. The gameĀ is available on the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and Windows PC. There is also an anime adaptation that is available to stream viaĀ Crunchyroll.Ā
