Good Smile Company shared an update on the Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine Cowboy Bebop Nendoroids at WonFes 2024 Shanghai. Both appeared as painted prototypes at the event. As such, it’s possible we could end up seeing pre-orders appear for both figures in the next few weeks.
Both of these Nendoroids were first announced back in March 2024. This was about a year after the 25th anniversary project was announced. At the time, only concept art appeared. They did confirm that the characters would appear in their classic, most recognizable outfits from the series. It also confirmed that a gun would be included with Spike as an accessory.
The current photos show how both the Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine Cowboy Bebop Nendoroids are expected to look. The poses are the same as the initial concept art, so we can better compare how they turned out. In the case of Faye, her shirt and shorts will use a metallic gold paint.
Here are the initial images from Good Smile Company:
Nendoroid pins of both characters are already available. Those tend to cost $15 each.
There’s no release window yet for both the Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine Cowboy Bebop Nendoroids. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll. One season of the live-action adaptation appeared on Netflix.
