In Scarlet Nexus, people won’t only be limited to telekinetic abilities. People will also borrow skills from their Other Suppression Force allies and use them in conjunction with telekinesis. The latest update from Director Kenji Anabuki looks at how the Scarlet Nexus teleportation powers will work.
The person who is innately capable of using teleportation in Scarlet Nexus is OSF Lieutenant Colonel Luka Travers. This is an ally who usually uses the skill in conjunction with a hammer. If, say, Yuito borrows it, then it opens up new offensive and defensive options for him. As Anabuki pointed out and showed in a video, teleporting would allow Yuito to zip in and quickly attack an enemy, then get away. It could also be used as an evasive maneuver.
Here’s Anabuki’s official explanation, which includes a video showing the Scarlet Nexus teleportation ability in action in a number of situations.
SAS “teleportation”.
By borrowing Luka’s power "teleportation", avoidance turns into teleportation.
In addition, you can launch a weapon attack while moving near a locked enemy in an instant, so you can fight brilliantly with hits and aways.#ScarletNexus https://t.co/4EIH7XjA3B
