Scarlet Nexus TGS 2020 Broadcast Introduces New Character Kasane Randall and Shows Off More Gameplay

The Scarlet Nexus Tokyo Game Show 2020 broadcast was full of new information about the upcoming action game. This included a brief introduction to Kasane Randall, a new character in Scarlet Nexus. Additionally, more gameplay footage was shown during the broadcast which included a look at the in-game UI.

A new trailer was also shown during the broadcast, providing another glimpse at what the story in Scarlet Nexus will have to offer. You can watch the entirety of the Scarlet Nexus Tokyo Game Show 2020 broadcast below. The segment starts at 1:00:00 and is roughly an hour long.

The broadcast opens with a video featuring “Dream in Drive,” the theme song for Scarlet Nexus. From there, the developers begin their explanation about the world and monsters. This is followed by a more in-depth look at gameplay. This included a look at the in-game UI and short gameplay segments, which teased a new mechanic at the tail end.

Afterwards Kasane Randall (CV: Asami Seto), the latest playable character in Scarlet Nexus, was introduced through a short in-game cutscene. Viewers were given a taste of her abilities and skills during the broadcast. Outside of the reveal of her voice actress, no further information about Kasane has been disclosed.
