Samurai Warriors 3 just released in Japan this past week and details on the paid downloadable content are out. DLC comes in the form of three additional chapters with five playable scenarios each. Each chapter costs 300 Wii points ($3) and lets you play through different events from the warring states period.
Like Monster Hunter 3, Samurai Warriors 3 is being graced with two hardware bundles in Japan — one with a Wii and Classic Controller Pro, and one with just the controller — and a "Treasure box" edition which comes with the Classic Controller Pro, the soundtrack CD, a figurine and strategy guide. Oh, and there’s the regular standalone edition of the game as well.
