Sakonji Urokodaki to Join Roster of Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan

The next character to join the roster of Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan is Sakonji Urokodaki. While information about his techniques and his implementation in the game have not yet been revealed, this retired member of the Demon Slayer Corps will make his appearance as a playable character. In March 2021, it was revealed that Giyu Tomioka would also be included in the roster of playable characters. Sakonji Urokodaki will join the roster of Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan alongside characters such as Inosuke, Zenitsu, Tanjiro, and Nezuko. The ANIPLEX channel released trailers for these characters, showcasing their individual move sets and fighting styles. However, the videos are currently region locked.

In February 2021, gameplay footage was released which highlighted how battles would function in Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan. This included a brief glimpse at Nezuko and Inosuke in action. The footage also featured a glimpse as to some of the effects that will appear in the title, which pull directly from some of the visual effects seen in the animated series.

Demon Slayer: Hinokami Kepputan is currently in development for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.
