The project’s manga series, which has been ongoing on both the official site and the Ultra Jump magazine, will have its Beginning Magic arc conclude with the publication of the 31st chapter on December 16, 2024. This chapter will be longer than usual with 16 pages, and it will also Chloe’s final appearance in the series.

Cover also assured that the overall Magical Girl holoWitches storyline will still continue for the foreseeable future. The company will launch a new manga arc around March 2025, although it will no longer feature Sakamata Chloe.

Despite taking a similar path to Amelia Watson, Chloe’s resignation from the forefront still means that she has to forfeit her active roles in all other projects that involved her, just like other Vtubers who completely left via graduation or any other means. Entergram ended up canceling the sequel to Minato Aqua’s visual novel Aquarium following the Vtuber’s graduation in August 2024.

The 31st manga chapter of Magical Girl holoWitches, which also features the final appearance of Sakamata Chloe, will appear on Monday, December 16, 2024. Cover will afterward continue the manga series without the Vtuber around March 2025.
