The Japanese press release confirmed that the Judgment Day stream will deliver new information related to the Judgment video game. This stream teaser also comes out on the same day the PS4 title receives new ports for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Stadia.

Judgment is a third-person action-adventure game where the player assumes the role of detective Takayuki Yagami. The game is noted for having the famous Japanese actor Takuya Kimura perform as Yagami.

Other than an investigation mode where Yagami infiltrates areas to find clues and evidence of criminal acts, Judgment also features a battle system similar to the Yakuza action games. Just like Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s flagship franchise, this game also includes friend events and dating scenes.

Judgment originally came out for PlayStation 4 in Japan and Asia as Judge Eyes in December 2018. The Western localization followed in June 2019. A upgraded port brings the title to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Stadia today, on April 23, 2021.
