Some potential information regarding Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s fourth DLC character may have been accidentally released via Nintendo UK’s official page for the Challenger Pack. [Thanks, PushDustIn and New_WabiSabi on Twitter!]
What was found was a small SNK copyright at the bottom of the page for the fourth DLC character, as seen below:
As of right now, the page is still up, and the Fighter set is set to be distributed sometime by February 29, 2020.
Some things to note: There is a mistake on the page where Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s release date is listed, and some parts of the description match that of SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy. The copyright listing also only lists SNK when some other pages for separate DLC characters show every copyright holder’s names. The possibility that this was a mistake can not be definitely ruled out at the moment.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is available on Nintendo Switch.
