Square Enix announced that the Romancing SaGa series is getting its very first official orchestra concert, titled Romancing SaGa Orchestra Fes, and it is set for February 16, 2020 in Japan.
The concert won’t only be limited to the original games, as it’ll feature everything from the very first title in Romancing SaGa to the latest on in Romancing SaGa Re;univerSe. The music will be performed by the Tokyo New City Orchestra, featuring Romancing SaGa series composer Kenji Ito as a guest participant.
Applications for the lottery tickets are now available over at the Japanese Square Enix e-Store until October 7 at 11:59pm JST. Those who are selected can purchase tickets for 9,000 yen. The concert takes place on February 16, 2020 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre with a noon showing starting at 12:30 and an evening one that opens at 5:30pm.
Romancing SaGa first released for the Super Famicom in Japan in January 1992. The long-anticipated Western release of Romancing SaGa 3’s HD Remaster is set for November 11, 2019 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, and Android.
