Koei Tecmo released a playtest version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV for PC via Steam in Japan with the purpose of colleting feedback ahead of its early 2020 release.
The demo is available to download on Steam but keep in mind that it is only available for the Japan region. Feedback from the demo will go into the AI adjustment for the final game. Players can submit their feedback and play data from the launcher’s questionnaire page.
As for the demo, it limits some commands and functions. The difficulty is also on the higher side in order to collect enough data when the AI and new commands are fully in effect. There will be no carryover data or support for any questions and issues concerning the demo.
Koei Tecmo will accept feedback from the demo until October 31, 2019 at 1:59pm JST.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV releases for PlayStation 4 and PC in Japan on January 16, 2020. It’ll release sometime in early 2020 in North America and Europe. Check out its latest trailer in our previous report.
